A wrinkle seeded Organic 2nd early variety that produces a heavy crop of 8 – 10 cm pods. Cultivation Sow from March to June (November for overwintering). Sow seeds 6″ (15cm) apart. Allow appx 3′ (100cm) between rows. Sowing depth – 2″ (5 cm) Harvest May Onwards. The seeds should be sown in well prepared beds with plenty of well rotted organic matter added prior to sowing. A thorough drenching of the seedbed is recommended prior to sowing. Peas like to scramble so some support such as pea netting or old twigs is useful. (12-14 weeks maturity.)
